At Regulated Dreams™, we stand behind the quality of our products and your sleep experience. Because our pillows are designed for personal use and hygiene, we apply a clear and fair return policy.

7-Night Trial

We offer a 7-night trial period starting from the day your order is delivered.
This gives you enough time to experience the benefits of your pillow and decide if it’s right for you.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in good condition
  • It is not excessively used or damaged
  • It is returned in its original packaging (if possible)

⚠️ Important:
After 7 days, returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
Pillows that show heavy use, stains, odors, or damage cannot be resold and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will receive a store credit (voucher)
  • We do not offer cash refunds

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Briefly explain your request

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos as proof

We will make it right.
